This year was not my best but it was a fun year. COVID 19 caught me off guard, but for the rest of the week, I'm finishing the year strong. I have some goals set for next year that I didn't get to complete this year. I am trying my best to stay ahead of the game and progress.

My first goal is the most important. I want to work on getting my homework done immediately and my projects and just getting my work done in general. I want to get it done first so I don't have to worry about catching up in the end. I also need to set reminders and pace myself because I am forgetful and I get caught off guard sometimes.

My second goal would be to work on connecting my topics to my evidence an reasons in and informational writing. I also want to be able to make themes clearer in my writing and making my presentations better. I really like writing and I want to make sure my paragraphs are good and correct.

My final goal is to grow in math. Math is not my strongest subject but I am good at it. I like math and if I can continue to grow it will just come to me. I am determined to grow in math especially when it comes to converting and the harder problems. I am really excited to see my progress with this goal.

In 2020 I learned some things but also had to leave things in the past. This school year wasn’t the best for me but in the beginning, I had fun. Even though we might not be able to enjoy summer I still have something to look forward to, and that is growth. Growth is important to me educational wise. If I could accomplish something in 2021 it would be my goals for the school year. There is a big shift between grade school and middle school and I might not be ready yet but I will soon. I can't wait to see what 2021 brings and I hope it's a better year for us.
