Gymnastics is the Most Difficult Sport in the World by Shay

Gymnastics is the hardest sport in the world it is the toughest sport in the world because of how physically and mentally difficult it is you might not know this, but it is also very emotional. The sport is extremely challenging compared to most other sports. Most people will probably disagree that gymnastics is the hardest sport because they do not know what happens inside a gymnastics practice.

The first reason it is the hardest sport is that you start at a younger age doing mini-classes. At age 6 you start at level 4 you start to go through a lot of pain doing stretches. Gymnastics as I would call it is a sport of pain, if you cannot handle pain this is not the sport for you.

Also, around the age of 6 to 9, you start to go to competitions, and this would be the start of your amateur career. Your coach helps you and your teammates go through level 4 through college and then the real test is level 7. Level 7 is probably the biggest learning gap, you go from just learning how to do giants (swinging around the bar) from having to do pirouettes on top of a bar.

If more people came and watched gymnastics and the foundations promoted gymnastics more people would see actually how hard gymnastics is. There are also positives in gymnastics. Gymnastics is safer than doing American Football it does not have repeated head contact, but there still are injuries just not as severe. Gymnastics is also a lifetime commitment as you go up in levels you spend more and more time in the gym it will take up mostly all of your time.

That is why I think gymnastics is the hardest sport in the world. I do not say gymnastics is the hardest sport because I like it, I say it because I think that it is the hardest sport. Some people may disagree with me, if you do then go watch gymnastics. Also please do not say, "Do you play gymnastics?" because it is a pretty annoying phrase for some gymnasts.
