"Health Ball" Review by Chloe

The health ball was first created from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 A.D.). Throughout the years, it has been used mostly for good health, and stress relief. To me, the product was a very nice quality. The sound of the chime noise inside was soothing and keeps your hands relaxed while you move them around, it's a nice way to relax my hand muscles and were perfectly fitted. The box it comes in is very durable and comes with an extra paper on the inside just giving a brief history which I thought was a nice thing to add to the experience.

The Health Balls are very common, and a lot of people have one in their household. A lot of people use them because they have different characteristics that can help with certain things. It loosens muscles in your hand, it relives a lot of stress and the noise of the chime is soothing to the ear. They are great for admiring their colors and having one in your house would be a great expense due to all the positive mental health effects. However, if the balls you buy are too big or too small for your hands, the effects of the balls will not come through as much because your hand isn’t using them right.

The performance of the health balls is also a great subject to talk about. Depending on what the quality of your health balls are, the performance should be a feeling not to forget. You should choose one the right size for your hand, overwise it will be hard to move around in your hand and make the experience less exciting. You also don’t want them too small or otherwise, it won't do anything to relax your hand muscles. Finding the perfect size and look that you want your health balls to be can be difficult, but it is worth knowing what you're going to get so it's less frustrating.

I looked at other responses people had said, and the main concerns were about the box being made cheap, the color was wrong, and the quality of the overall product was not worth the money. After looking at those reviews, I could tell that overall it is a great product and can help relieve stress and anxiety. I have a set of 2 myself, and occasionally, I enjoy playing around with them because it is a great experience. The casing was perfect and secure, and the coloring on them was also perfect. One was green with a sun and stars, the other was blue with a moon and stars. Having a unique contrast from each other was cool because I didn’t just get the same color and design on each ball. The reviews were mostly positive, and I do recommend these to anyone looking for a fun way to pass time.
