Seattle and the Pandemic by Aleah

During this pandemic its been a lot harder to get education and do a lot of other things. We can no longer do our favorite things like sports, get fro yo, see friends, etc. Seattle has made many announcements about opening up again but it hasn't happened, therefore I think Seattle will open either on May 31st or the first week of June.

A big part of Seattle opening up is their restaurants. The thing that makes Seattle home to me is also small businesses they should be opening those up too. Our Governer Inslee has made many statements about this but for now we are on stand by for updates.

I also think temperature has something to do with it going away for the season. Lately in Seattle it's been in the range of 70 and 90 degrees, scientist have also thought the same.

Parks are going to be open soon and we will also be able to fly again. More people have been getting out of the house and hanging out with family and friends. The airports have also been in action as well, we just make sure to wear masks.

In conclusion I am really excited for Seattle to open again. I miss my friends and family and all my everyday activities. When the city opens up we will have the ability to get more work done and work more efficiently.
